REQUIRED SKILLS/PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES AND PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High attention to detail, with a desire to deliver high quality product and client service.
  • A curious and analytical mindset, knowledge of MS Office and advanced Excel skills.
  • High level reporting skills (ie format, visualisation).
  • Ideally, experience working with SAP SuccessFactors or a similar HRIS.
  • Pragmatic, resourceful and robust problem-solving skills.
  • Can work both independently and as part of a national team.
  • Able to effectively deal with competing priorities and progress multiple tasks through to completion within required deadlines.
  • Education in data analytics, data science, commerce or business-related fields preferred.

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will:

  • Provide high quality people data reporting products/services on a regular and ad hoc basis.
  • Assist with the coordination and management of the annual submission for Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA) compliance reporting.
  • Assist with people related data requests for client tenders and external submissions and publications.
  • Learn / be the internal technical system expert for our HR information system (SuccessFactors – employee central, rostering, performance, compensation) and integrations with other people and firm systems.
  • Resolve technical issues by partnering with internal stakeholders and third party vendors), manage periodic system updates.
  • Identify and champion improvements to systems and processes and implement changes to meet business needs.
  • Provide information, data and systems support to facilitate the firm’s remuneration review process.
