Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic and operational advice and solutions to business services groups on people issues including recruitment, performance, remuneration, career development, employee relations, work health and safety
- Provide fit-for-purpose advice, solutions and services to partners, managers and employees.
- Coaching partners and managers on effective people leadership.
Anticipate and lead change and business improvement initiatives.
