Working as the People & Performance Consultant, you will be responsible for providing contemporary and pragmatic advice to our Contact Centre leaders regarding people related matters.
Reporting to the Group Manager – People & Performance, you will educate and support leaders on best people practices. You will recommend innovative solutions in line with our values, vision and strategic plan and drive and achieve our People objectives to enhance the overall Employee Experience.
As part of the People & Performance team you will collaborate with the wider People & Culture team on impactful people initiatives.

In this role you will;

  • Coach and educate leaders to enhance capability to deal with people management.
  • Advocate and guide the leaders to shape a culture that supports, equips and inspires people to perform at their best.
  • Support the Group Manager – People & Performance in driving continuous improvement initiatives across the People team and wider business.
  • Support the relevant business units in adhering with legislation and best people practices.
  • Participate and promote wider People & Culture initiatives, to ensure a progressive people centre culture.

DESIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS;

  • Strong Generalist experience with a passion for ER/IR, process and system improvements (creating efficiencies in HR Admin processes)
  • Leading and/or part taking in people initiatives
  • Experience in being part of a P&P/HR space where structure and processes need to be embedded
  • Strong and practical knowledge of operational HR
  • Strong experience in delivering change management projects.
