Job Description:
Position title: People Program Specialist
Department: People Resources
Position band: Specialist (Global Grade 2)
Reports to: Director, National Human Resources
Type of position: Full-time (8-month Contract)

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a People Programs Specialist to join the People Strategy and Programs team to support our efforts in elevating our reputation by helping restaurant teams deliver an exceptional employee experience. In this role, you will:

  • Lead core people programs, including an enhanced listening/survey strategy, employee discounts and perks, uniform/apparel program, and employee engagement initiatives for the restaurants.
  • Develop change management and communication plans to support key programs/initiatives, creating excitement and driving program engagement.
  • Collect and integrate feedback to ensure programs are driving the right outcomes.
  • Manage relationships and collaborate with the HR Field, Communications, and Operations teams, along with third-party vendors.
  • Participate in working teams for new/ad hoc people projects related to attraction and engagement.
  • Manage the yearlong people program calendar/plan and budget.
  • Support other initiatives as required.
