As a Project Coordinator in the Group Functions (GF) People team you will provide project management support for the delivery of the GF people plan and priorities. You’ll help maximise the leadership teams time and effort to ensure it’s spent on the right priorities within the people plan. Alongside this you will also provide PA support to the GF People Director. This role will be based from our Paddington office.
What’s the job?:
- Supports on bringing the Group Functions people plan together, ensuing the right meeting cadence, tracking progress and ensuring subject matter leads are inputting as required.
- Brings together the “HR calendar of activity” and partners with Comms & Engagement (who will lead communication) and the BP and COE teams
- Owns the rhythms and rituals of the leadership (weekly, monthly, annual) and broader town halls making them as efficient and as effective as possible
- Manage GF People team operational, contracting and commercial activities, including tracking project plans, reporting, highlighting risks/areas to focus on.
- Proactively anticipate the needs of the GF People Director, ensuring diary management and meetings are arranged appropriately to maximise effectiveness of the team.
- Administrative tasks required as a PA including, organising UK and international travel, accommodation and visas, expenses management, coordinating budget spent and ad hoc event planning.
What you’ll bring:
- Strong project tracking capabilities, with excellent organizational skills to handle shifting priorities whilst still meeting tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships across teams.
- Experience working with confidential and sensitive information, with high levels of accuracy & attention to detail.
- A self-starter, who can diagnose issues and recommend suitable and appropriate solutions.
- Proficient using Microsoft office packages (outlook, word, excel & powerpoint).
