Are you passionate about supporting people-focused projects and driving positive change across a team? We’re looking for a motivated People Project Support professional to join our Group People Team. In this role, you will collaborate with our Centres of Excellence, Business Partners, and leaders to deliver impactful projects that enhance our colleagues’ experience across the business.

What you’ll be doing

  • Supporting group-wide People projects by creating and maintaining project plans, ensuring successful and timely project delivery.
  • Assisting the Senior Planning & Project Support Manager and People Team Leaders in executing the Colleague Experience programme, with the goal of enhancing the colleague experience throughout the Group.
  • Collaborating with Business Leaders and HR Business Partners to manage people change processes from concept to execution.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships within the Group People team, ensuring projects align with established policies and processes.
  • Supporting communication and engagement efforts for key Group People projects to maintain clarity and connection across teams.
  • Establishing strong working relationships with new and evolving project teams, acting as the primary contact for the projects you support.
  • Ensuring projects operate within agreed principles, scopes, and cost measures.
  • Continuously seeking opportunities to improve standard processes and document templates.
  • Analysing and interpreting data to support the People Data & Insight Partner, contributing to regular dashboards, trend predictions, and pattern identification to drive data-led decision-making.
  • Demonstrating emotional intelligence in interactions with Group and Brand teams.
  • Maintaining a high level of organisation, flexibility, and teamwork to support various business change programmes as needed.

  • You’re proactive, able to use your initiative, and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines.
  • You’re comfortable with data analysis and can translate insights into clear, engaging, and actionable reports.
