WHO YOU ARE:

We are seeking an experienced People Relations Partner to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with senior business managers and leaders, providing expert support and guidance on a wide range of people-related matters.

Responsibilities:

  • Partnering with Leaders: Collaborate with senior business managers and leaders to develop and implement effective people strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Employee Relations (ER): Provide support and guidance on complex ER cases, ensuring compliance with policies and legal requirements.
  • Organizational Design: Assist in designing and restructuring organizational frameworks to enhance efficiency and drive performance.
  • Coaching and Guidance: Offer coaching and professional development guidance to managers and employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Change Management: Lead the implementation and embedding of people change projects, ensuring smooth transitions and adoption across the organization.
