  • Might have experience in internal controls and risk management

  • Risk management, accounting, HR, DEI or accessibility designations (e.g., CCIP, CPACC, GBA+, HRBP etc.) considered an asset
  • Is an excellent communicator and relationship builder who is passionate and motivated
  • Is comfortable working in a team environment with a strong desire to connect with people, and able to deliver work independently
  • Is self-starter who is able to conceptualize creative approaches and complex solutions
  • Is curious and comfortable with ambiguity

  • Has analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
  • Is proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PPT

As a Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting planning, research, fieldwork, and reporting as part of People Risk projects for various organizations. You will assist our clients by:

  • Providing advice and solutions related to People Risk Management, such as DEI, accessibility, culture, talent & workforce, and psychological health and safety, etc.
  • Assessing the current-state, strategy, governance and internal control environment relating to various people-related risks by leveraging established tools and methodologies
  • Reviewing and advising on policies and procedures from a DEI lens
  • Assisting clients in taking an equity centered design approach to process transformations, including implementation of new technologies.
  • Identifying observations for improvement including bias mitigation, creation of more equitable outcomes, mitigation of culture risks, and interventions to mitigate other people risks.
  • Helping facilitate and participate in client workshops/training on various topics (e.g., DEI, workplace culture, inclusive language, accessibility, psychological health & safety)
  • Performing focus groups and interviewing employees, customers and end users to understand lived experiences and existing people risks
  • Developing and executing risk-based employee surveys and analyze results
  • Supporting in development of Points of View, briefings and solutions we can offer to our clients around People Risk (e.g. DEI, Accessibility, culture, psychological health and safety etc.
