Network Waitaki provide innovative energy solutions to our customers, as well as providing electrical construction and maintenance services across New Zealand.
We are really excited to offer the opportunity for a People & Safety Advisor to join our Network Waitaki family. This is a permanent role and we are open to looking at either part-time or full-time hours for the right person.
This role will be working within the People and Safety team predominantly as a People & Capability Advisor but will also provide some cover for the health & safety side of the team while our Health & Safety Advisor is on parental leave.
If you love working with people and value the connections that this kind of role has within a business, then we would love to hear from you. This role will allow you to utilise your talent for communicating with people, to maximise your ability to work within a busy and at times complex environment and add value with your attention to detail. You will be working within a small team supporting the GM People & Safety to execute the People and Safety strategies and initiatives for the business, a key part of this role will be working closely with all our people across the business either in the office or out in the field.

  • And most importantly awesome people to work with!

If this sounds like the opportunity you are looking for then hit Apply!
We value applications from people of all walks of life, the only thing we ask is that you’re legally entitled to work in New Zealand, and you don’t mind doing a police check and pre-employment drug test.
Applications close Friday 4 October, however we may begin the selection process earlier.
