Description:
We’re looking for an experienced People Services (HR) Project Manager to joins us on a 12 month fixed term contract, working alongside our People Services Team, based in Lincolnshire.
You’ll need a CIPD qualification with retaining membership and we would greatly welcome applications from candidates with Housing sector and/or Trade/Construction industry knowledge.
You will work with the Corporate Head of Culture to support service reviews and ultimately be responsible for the successful delivery of internal restructures, colleague consultations, and ad-hoc casework.
The role is defined as being flexible under our agile working policy, therefore you will be able to work from wherever is suitable to complete the task at hand. This might be at home, in one of our offices in Boston or Grimsby, or somewhere else, but HR meetings (often unplanned and last-minute due to the work) will be held in Lincolnshire.
WHAT SKILLS, ATTRIBUTES AND EXPERIENCE WILL I NEED AS A PEOPLE SERVICES PROJECT MANAGER?
- Minimum five years’ experience working at a senior level
- High level of emotional intelligence
- Ability to negotiate effectively
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment where planning, organising, prioritising and multi-tasking were required
- Experience and knowledge of working with workplace unions
- A solid high-level knowledge of current Employment Law and best practice
- Ability to provide measurable, timely and effective results
