Description:
HR Operations are responsible for the delivery of employee lifecycle services for Logitech employees across all business groups and all regions.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
For consideration, you should bring the following skills and behaviours to our team:
- Educated to University Degree level in HR Management or other related field
- Strong interest in the practical application of HR processes & practices and employment legislation
- Working knowledge of Excel
- Strong customer-service orientation
- Excellent prioritisation & organisational skills, along with attention to detail
- Ability to build relationships & interact at all levels of the organisation
- Strong process & quality mindset and a passion for finding innovative solutions
- Highly adaptable, demonstrated ability to multi-task & proven ability to work to tight timelines

Responsibilities:
- Support Talent Acquisition with interview scheduling.
- Service delivery for all employee life cycle processes across the business.
- Partnering with the extended HR team to deliver high quality, accurate & efficient support.
- Maintaining employee data in the HR system (Workday).
- Compliant execution & delivery of HR services within defined service level agreements.
- Updating procedures, guidelines & documentation in line with current legislation & best practice.
- Contributing to the maintenance & development of new & existing HR processes.
- Maintaining the strictest levels of confidentiality & discretion at all times
