Description:
EXPERIENCE
- First hands on experience in HR role preferably in an international multicultural environment
- Broad understanding of HR processes and activities
SOFT AND TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Computer literate and familiar with HR / Human Capital Management related tools & systems as e.g., Workday
- Familiar with Ticketing Management tools (such as ServiceNow)
- User level of Microsoft Office Suit (Excel, Word etc.)
- Ability to interact with internal and external clients in a professional manner
- Team player, able to work collaboratively transversally and with People Services front line teams with an end-to-end mindset
- Good communication skills, attentive to customer needs & feedback
- Organized and structured to execute tasks according to deadlines, attention to details is crucial
EDUCATION
- Graduate or master’s degree with HR / business administration or equivalent previous experience
Responsibilities:
- Create employee contracts, oversee and complete all required steps of the hiring process, coordinate with different stakeholders to provide an efficient and seamless onboarding experience
- Manage the employee job change process in Workday and related systems
- Administer termination activities, ensure smooth & compliant off-boarding
- Ensure all systems are up to date throughout the entire lifecycle of the employee
- Manage all documents related to people life cycle management (preparation, collection, validation, archiving)
- Provide general support on employee related questions (Level 1) and be engaged in the Customer Service process in Service Now
- Handle direct queries from employees via phone calls
- Address operational issues, investigate and follow up to resolution in an effective and timely manner
- Execute in compliance with Sanofi policies relevant guidelines, including GDPR and Nordics, Benelux and UKIE labor laws
- Complete all activities as per the global Core Model and operational KPIs
- Participate in local /global projects, contributing to the implementation of new initiatives
- Train & support new joiners and existing team members (if required)
