Responsibilities:
IN THIS ROLE YOU’LL:
- Be the face and first point of contact for Komatsu employee’s regarding HR related issues;
- Assisting in onboarding procedures, including managing employment agreements and new hire documentation;
- Performing regular audits and background checks in SuccessFactors;
- Coordinating Employee Lifecycle processes including employment variations, SuccessFactors workflows and working with payroll to finalise processes;
- Supporting People Experience and Remuneration teams in critical processes such as Performance Reviews and Talent Management;
- Managing Employee Benefit programs, such as parental leave and flexible work agreements, and coordinating onsite vendor visits.
- Enhancing HR forms and templates, updating People and culture intranet pages;
- Escalating issues relating to HR and Payroll to the relevant stakeholders.
