Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

If you are not afraid of a challenging and dynamic working environment and you are relations oriented, ambitious, you speak English well, and maybe you even know other languages, we are looking for a person with audit experience to fill the position of Finance Auditor in the BSO Audit & Compliance department.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Provide excellent customer service for People Service Center-related inquiries and be able to operate with limited direction from your manager.
  • Manage cases that are, visible, and confidential in nature and resolve them in an accurate, timely, and effective way.
  • Build strong relationships to work with other teams to meet objectives and avoid ticket escalation.
  • Maintain strong internal and external customer service skills and stay up to date on People policies.
  • Assist with the creation of training materials, maintain reference guides, and keep up to date on People policies.
  • Gather and analyze data to identify and solve complex problems that arise with little or no precedent. May recommend new techniques.
  • Impact own team and other teams whose work activities are closely related.
  • Suggest improvements to existing processes and solutions to improve the efficiency of the team.
