Responsibilities:
Some of the areas you’ll be involved in are:
- Assessing daily workload with the team and resourcing appropriately, ensuring delivery of work to agreed plans and to timescales.
- Overseeing the main HR inbox to ensure SLA’s are met and urgent queries are prioritised
- Providing cover across all administrative activities within the team in times of annual leave and increase workload.
- Working with the HR Operations Manager to implement and resource HR initiatives to support the wider business.
- Provide HR Operations Manager insight into any trends and common queries received into the team.
- Motivation, development, and management of the team on a day-to-day basis, conducting monthly 1-2-1’s and providing coaching and support when required.
Providing the team with support on a wide range of administrative duties across Onboarding and HR Operations acting as point of escalation for any queries
You’ll need to be:
An experienced supervisor who enjoys leading and supporting others.
