Responsibilities:
- Accountable for the leadership and delivery of People Solutions services
- Maintain and improve service standards to meet service excellence strategy, service standards and quality measures.
- Leadership and development of the team to ensure People Solutions grows as a highly engaged and capable team
- Play an active role in representing People Solutions across the wider P&C and - where required - business community
- Lead the team to drive continuous improvements to our systems and processes to improve the customer experience
- Ensure the team lead and deploy the implementation of process, project and policy changes across portfolio
- Advocate, educate and lead our P&C Operating Model, working in partnership across our Operating Model to create a high impact P&C function and service.
