Our People Specialist will go on parental leave and we are seeking the right person to take over her role while she is away. The role is broad and you’ll work closely with colleagues throughout the group - mainly managers but also our employees. You work for our Norwegian part of the company but belong to a larger Nordic People team where we collaborate across borders.
You’ll be specialized in People administration and support through our various People systems as well as developing processes giving our employees and leaders an even better experience. You’ll administer courses and educational projects as well as contribute with recruitment support, and other support. You’ll also act as managerial support within People, primarily to all our leaders at the hotels but also our head office. In short, the role is broad and you’ll work with almost all areas of People.
The role means that on certain days you’ll be very operational, while the next moment you’ll have to work focused on more long-term tasks and projects. At Strawberry, we strongly believe that freedom creates results, and you therefore need to enjoy taking responsibility and work independently. The role reports to the Director of People Norway & Denmark.

We would like you to check the following:

• Relevant education from college or university
• Fluent in Norwegian and English, written and verbally
• At least 2-3 years of experience from administrative and operational People/HR work
• Basic knowledge of Norwegian labor law - preferably both for operational workers and office workers.
• A “doer” who possesses the following personal qualities: Positive, committed, structured, communicative, solution-oriented and initiative-taking
• Triggered by administrative work and succeeds in creating structure in the unstructured
