Description:

WHO YOU ARE

  • An experienced and pragmatic HR professional with a track record of at least 6 years in People functions, as well as expertise in structured hiring practices.
  • A skillful and effective communicator, both in written and oral forms: English C1. Portuguese and/or Spanish are a plus.
  • A professional truly interested in and capable of developing a deep understanding of the disciplines and businesses they support.
  • A person with a high level of self-awareness who leverages self-reflection as an instrument to adapt their approach to the needs of different people, styles, and contexts.
  • Experience in B2B and/or SaaS companies. Previous experience in the Digital Commerce ecosystem will be a plus.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a People Specialist for Growth at VTEX, you will have a broad role that involves managing various human resources functions to support the needs of a technology-focused organization. These include actively participating in recruitment activities, performance management, talent management, leadership support and advisory, data administration, reporting, among others.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

  • Execute and provide guidance in processes such as hiring, performance management, talent management, onboarding, offboarding, and total compensation, to ensure a people strategy that sets our teams for success, in alignment with local laws.
  • Advise managers on best practices for handling day-to-day challenges, providing frameworks and tools to help them improve team performance.
  • Coordinate performance review processes to assess and enhance employee performance.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and issues, providing guidance and support about HR policies and procedures;
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information about staff allocation on HR systems, serving as point of contact, ensuring compliance with data protection laws.
  • Advise the leaders on how to achieve the Growth KPIs by designing and executing end-to-end people strategy - performance management, leadership development, rewards & compensation, talent acquisition, conflict management, onboarding, offboarding, culture, employee relations issues, employees journey and experience, rituals.
  • Be a VTEX culture evangelist and advocate for our principles in every action and decision of the company.
  • Partner with Leaders and People Partners to identify business needs and develop the proper people products to address them.
  • Reinforce an inclusive and respectful environment that allows individuals to maximize their potential.
  • Build trusted relationships with the main leaders and influence key stakeholders regarding people strategy.
  • Design and support change management plans.
  • Translate crises into high-level conversations.
  • Act as a trusted confidant for employees, proactively reaching out to identify opportunities for improvement.
