Your responsabilities will include:
- Drawing up employment contracts and completing subsequent administrative procedures
- Handling and dealing with questions on a variety of subjects (salary, terms of employment, etc.)
- Signalling action to be taken in response to changing legislation and regulations
- Preparing reports for the head office in Amsterdam
- Analysing and advising on reports
- Entering data into systems
- Processing and checking payroll and time registration systems
- Entering and checking data for the monthly salary administration
- Proposing improvements to current procedures and working method
Responsibilities:
The People Support department is part of the People & Culture department and is engaged in co-managing the overall personnel administration for approximately 600 employees of our 12 hotels in Belgium. As People Support Officer, you will be the department’s point of contact for Hotel Directors, department heads and employees.
