How do we work?
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented People Systems & Data Analyst with core specialization in Workday to join our dynamic People Team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our HR technology landscape, with a focus on Workday. You will be responsible for maintaining data integrity, providing actionable insights through data analysis, and supporting the People function in achieving its strategic goals. A successful candidate will possess experience with HRIS (Workday), strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of HR metrics and reporting, and a continuous improvement mindset.
We work in a hybrid model - We’d love to meet you in the office (Cracow, Zabłocie) once a week with respect to your own commitments.

As a People Systems and Analytics Partner, you will:

  • Workday Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert on Workday, providing configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting support.
  • Impact Analysis: Conduct detailed downstream impact analyses across all modules on changes being introduced to Workday – such as impacts on the business processes, reports, calculated fields, security, etc. - and translate this into a task tracker.
  • Data Management: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data, including data entry, audits, and reporting.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Develop and generate insightful reports and dashboards to support HR decision-making and drive process improvements.
  • System Enhancements: Collaborate with HR stakeholders to identify system enhancement opportunities, propose and implement solutions as well as maintain system documentation.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously analyze HR processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization.
  • Project Support: Collaborate with functional leads and stakeholders (e.g., People & Talent, Technology, Finance) on Workday development and enhancement projects, translating business requirements into technical requirements and implementing scalable solutions best for OANDA.
  • Training and Support: Provide end-user training and support on Workday and related HR systems.

What skillset you need, to be successful in this role:

  • 5+ years of work experience in Human Resources.
  • 3+ years of experience in HRIS, with a strong focus on Workday configuration and administration.
  • Understanding of HR processes from hire-to-retire.
  • Thorough understanding of minimum 3 Workday modules: Advanced Compensation, Benefits, Absence with Time Tracking or Talent Optimization.
  • Experience with Workday Adaptive Workforce Planning is an asset.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and system requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
  • Workday certifications are highly desirable.
