ZoomCare is seeking a People Team Program Manager to join our team! The People Team Program Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing People Team related programs and systems in alignment with business objectives. The Program Manager collaborates with People Team leadership and key stakeholders to deliver programs and initiatives that increase employee engagement, enhance business operations, and optimize workflows.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of experience in business administration, human resources, or a related field, required.
- 2+ years as a primary administrator/super user of an HRIS with 500+ users, experience implementing a new HRIS for 500+ users, preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field, master’s of business administration, preferred.
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, preferred.
- PMP certification or related experience, preferred.
- Strong business acumen including a data-driven mindset and thorough understanding of key business drivers and their measurements.
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong sense of self-efficacy, capable of independent problem-solving while knowing when to seek assistance.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to interpret/adhere to policies and procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and thorough in completing work tasks and projects.
- Ability to uphold a strict level of confidentiality and discretion.
- Proficiency with Google Suite, Mac, MS Office, applicant tracking systems (ATSs) and HR databases, Jobvite and UKG preferred.

- Research, analyze data, prepare reports, and conduct audits.
- Evaluate, optimize, and enhance workflows and system capabilities.
- Support the People Team by acting as the primary technical resource for all People Team technology.
- Proactively partner cross-functionally and interdepartmentally to lead and support a variety of People Team projects; track goals and progress, to include understanding system requirements and delivering technology-forward, effective solutions that streamline People Team processes and enhance employee engagement.
- Develop, review, and revise People Team-related policies and procedures.
- Perform financial modeling and cost analysis for proposals and initiatives.
- Design and implement People Team related programs including but not limited to total rewards, talent management, and employee engagement.
- Evaluate and enhance People Team processes, systems, and tools to increase efficiency.
- Maintain knowledge of trends, economic conditions, labor market, and other factors to help ensure ZoomCare remains competitive in the marketplace.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws, maintaining a proactive approach with new and anticipated changes to legislation or regulations.
- Other duties as assigned.
