Your Commitment will include
- As an experienced leader, you drive the development of our agile organization in application management.
- You are an ambassador for agile principles, promoting a “Growth Mindset” and inspiring employees to find independent solutions, take responsibility, and share knowledge.

Requirements
Achieving the difference requires
- You have a higher degree in business or technical studies (university or FH), supplemented by further training in change management and/or coaching, and agile transformation.
- You see yourself as a team player, are part of a leadership team, and communicate effectively and on equal footing.
- In addition to agile leadership skills, you have experience guiding employees towards self-organization, recruiting, and leading medium-sized teams (15-30 people).
- You have a deep understanding of agile methods such as Scrum or Kanban and are knowledgeable in lean management.
- You view change as an opportunity, willingly take on responsibility, and your leadership style is characterized by empathy.
