What you’ll be doing:

The People Transformation Programme Manager will be instrumental in the successful transformation of both the business Organisational Design (OD) and the People operating model. The role will support the Transformation Director, and the Director of People Operations, to lead and manage the programme of activities across both OD and the People operating model, including transition to a business-as-usual state.

  • Responsible for supporting the successful transformation of organisation design through implementation of key projects to support the new operating model.
  • Responsible for the matrix leadership of a programme team to co-ordinate and deliver all projects, ensuring the expected transformation outcomes are achieved.
  • Responsible for Programme governance and reporting, ensuring effective decision making, robust risk mitigation and appropriate escalation and resolution.
  • Responsible for executive stakeholder engagement and management across the Group, providing assurance to Senior Leadership and supporting them to meet their operational and strategic objectives in relation to People Transformation.
  • Responsible for the initial development, agreement and ongoing management of the programme budget.
  • Responsible for implementation plans, key milestones and critical decision points for the effective execution of the programme.
  • Responsible for establishing and maintaining constructive relationships with 3rd party advisers, suppliers and programme teams.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

You will have previous experience of programme managing HR transformations, if this has been within the financial services industry this would be beneficial.
We are looking for someone with strong knowledge of HR/OD and Systems, together with in-depth knowledge of programme/project management principles and software (MS Project). You will have experience across data analysis, reporting and budget management, together with a solid understanding of organisational governance.
