  • Experience w/net new design, development, modifying PeopleSoft (PS) apps
  • Experience w/creating custom solutions to meet HR/HRIS or equivalent business needs
  • Ability to test, and debug PS programs, including pages, menus, and reports
  • Knowledgeable w/PS coding & data security to protect against unauthorized access
  • Experience managing and updating customizations, specifically branding within PeopleSoft/PeopleTools layer
  • Analyzing People code and PeopleSoft logic to research, and repair break-fixes and or fulfill requests
  • Supporting users for service requests while recommending existing or new solutions (use of business analysis background for IT resource)
  • Managing data processes for 3rd party integrations/interfaces (payroll bank-recon, HR benefits w/3rd party vendors, recruiting, etc.)
  • Proficient in Phire for code migration + version controlling (i.e. check-in & check-out on People code)
  • Knowledgeable re: PUM (PeopleSoft Tools) migration & patch upgrade review, code review, fixing bugs
  • Documenting: Create technical specifications and design documents
  • Interpret design documents and drive technical collaboration w/HR analysts
  • Vital importance is the ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate experience working in a team-oriented environment
