  • Ability to bring together strategy, creative and design or content creation to work well together in an agile manner to get to the best output for our clients.

  • Enjoy diving into a performance metrics and a desire to want to help achieve tough sales targets.

KEY EXPERIENCE

  • Experience (and interest) in service or regulated brands (e.g. energy, telecoms, insurance, banking etc) is favoured but not essential.
  • Experience working in an integrated way, with several agency partners working collaboratively is highly favoured.

Responsibilities:

We are looking for a brilliant Account Director to take a lead role in the performance comms for British Gas, working closely with the client to understand their business, market and trading and identify opportunities and key touchpoints to drive better sales and product uptake.
Confidence and an interest in creative performance will be essential, along with enthusiasm for working collaboratively with the strategists and creatives on the account to continually push for better, more effective work.
It’s a role with lots of autonomy and great headroom; you will work into our Business Director, who will help to manage and develop your skills, as you take on take on day-to-day performance client management responsibilities on the account.
