Performance Ads Supervisor

1. Analyze digital paid marketing data and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.
2. Develop and help execute paid marketing budgeting & strategies across platforms such as TikTok Ads, META Ads, Google Ads and other relevant channels.
3. Create, manage, monitor, and optimize paid marketing campaigns to drive results on key digital channels.
4. Monitoring and optimizing the paid ads budget to ensure optimal allocation across digital ads funnels.
5. Identify new growth opportunities through innovative channels or campaigns to support top-line revenue growth.
6. Use data-driven insights to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
7. Manage relationships with external agencies or vendors or ads manager from platforms, including overseeing project briefs, negotiations, timelines, and successful delivery.
8. Generate creative ideas and strategies for new digital advertising campaigns.
9. Collaborate closely on ad concepts and visual discussion for paid advertising campaigns.
10. Design and conduct experiments to test and optimize paid advertising performance.
11. Provide support to stakeholders on all matters related to paid advertising

Full WFO at Menteng, Central Jakarta

• Minimum Qualifications: Minimum 3 years in handling Digital Ads.
• FMCG Background is preferred
• Expertise in digital advertising platforms and tools (e.g., TikTok Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads Manager, etc).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Previously handling team members.
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, and other reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong project management abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to develop and implement effective digital media plan.
• Comfort with analyzing data and using it to drive next action.
• Keeps up with industry trends and new technologies, bringing fresh ideas to the table.
• Works well with team members and other departments, global team to achieve digital goals.
