Responsibilities:

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Permanent Performance Analyst to join our Staffordshire County Council Account in Stafford (ST16 2DH)
The salary is up to £36,000pa depending on experience.
Amey have been working with Staffordshire County Council since 2014 to manage and maintain the county’s highways infrastructure. We take pride in delivering exceptional infrastructure services across 6,000KM of Staffordshire, ensuring roads, cycle routes, bridges, tunnels, lighting, drainage, traffic signals, trees, and land are well-maintained to enhance the lives of local residents and communities.
A Performance Analyst plays an important part in supporting the work of the account and the division by contributing to performance improvement specifically support the analysis of contract performance data through the production of management information and reports.
The standard hours of work are 37.5hrs, Monday – Friday.

You will be responsible for:

  • To support the team in the further development and delivery of performance management, including, the monitoring and reporting of key performance and process compliance indicators, analysis and complex statistical information to the senior management team.
  • To undertake collection, verification and presentation of data using spread sheets, database applications and management systems.
  • To provide data quality assurance for the contract in the delivery of contract objectives and obligations
  • To compare the performance of various teams and business units to highlight poor and excellent achievement.
  • To work with teams and individuals across the organisation to drive performance improvements through the application of formalised continual improvement processes.
