Babcock is looking for a Performance Analyst to join the Operational Excellence team based in Devonport, Auckland.

KEY REQUIRED SKILLS

• SharePoint Forms and Workflow Automation (Nintex)
• Data analysis and SQL querying.
• Dashboard creation using Power BI.
• Advanced Excel including VBA
• Stakeholder engagement and communication.
• Workshop facilitation.
• Data governance and quality management.

KEY REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Solid understanding of SharePoint worflows (Nintex)
• Experience with MS applications (Power BI, Power Queries, VBA).
• Strong background in business process analysis and improvement.
