QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, quantitative field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in data mining, query development, and multi-system data integration.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and apply analytical problem-solving techniques to analyze performance data and deliver actionable business insights.
  • Experience in gathering data, analyzing findings, and delivering actionable recommendations.
  • Experience conveying data-driven insights through verbal and written communication.
  • Advanced mathematical skills to ensure precision in data analysis.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, SharePoint) and business intelligence tools.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules to support internal customer requirements.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with financial institution data analysis and reporting is preferred.
  • Experience with Tableau or similar data visualization tools preferred.
  • OneStream experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and Optimize Performance: Use advanced tools like Tableau, Alteryx, and Snowflake to extract and analyze performance data, uncover key insights, and deliver recommendations that drive business decisions.
  • Enhance Data Infrastructure: Structure and integrate flat and unstructured data into scalable platforms such as Snowflake, ensuring efficient data organization and accessibility.
  • Develop Reports and Dashboards: Build and maintain dynamic dashboards and reports that provide visibility into performance trends and metrics for stakeholders at all levels.
  • Collaborate with Business Leaders: Partner with VPs, business stakeholders, and potentially the executive management team (EMT) to communicate data findings and support their strategic needs with clear, actionable insights.
  • Identify and Solve Problems: Tackle complex analytical challenges with innovative problem-solving techniques, ensuring data accuracy and reliability.
  • Translate Data into Stories: Transform complex data points into compelling narratives that clearly convey business impact and opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage Competing Priorities: Balance multiple projects and deliverables, maintaining focus on delivering timely insights that meet the evolving needs of the business.
  • Drive Process Improvements: Utilize performance metrics and data trends to identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency within Collections and Recoveries.
  • Support Data Governance: Contribute to data governance efforts by ensuring that all data integrations and analyses adhere to best practices and organizational standards.
  • Perform Additional Duties: Take on other responsibilities as needed to enhance data-driven decision-making across the organization.
