Performance Analyst Requirements
To qualify for a job as a performance analyst, a candidate must have at least a bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or analytics. Sometimes the job description states that a master’s degree in administration and organizational leadership is required. In addition, the professional is expected to meet the following performance analyst requirements
3+ years of experience in a similar position
Ability to set up and analyze business indicators
Experience with different financial systems
Ability to analyze various data, products, and systems
Possession of all performance indicators
Ability to work with automation tools
Ability to manage data
Knowledge of various tools for conducting statistics
Advanced knowledge of KPI
Ability to analyze the audience
Ability to work with large volumes of data
