North Yorkshire Police is looking for a Customer Contact Performance Analyst to help us measure and enhance our customer contact operations, ensuring we meet national standards and deliver the best service to the public.

• Develop and design interactive reports, dashboards, and data products to deliver key management information.
• Use advanced data analysis to support business needs and provide predictive insights that improve customer contact performance.
• Lead audits, research, and analysis of data related to Airwave, Contact Handling, and Incident Logs.
• Innovate and improve our analytics capabilities, seeking opportunities to enhance data-driven decisions.
• Present complex data in simple, actionable insights at organisational performance meetings.
• Act as a subject matter expert on Customer Contact data, including data used in legal proceedings.
• Collaborate with ICT services and external organisations to maintain up-to-date best practices and data technologies.
