Performance & Analytics Specialist, Senior Associate | Specjalista ds. Analizy Wyników Inwestycyjnych
Position Description:
Performance & Analytics Specialist provides core performance measurement and attribution services supporting monthly or daily calculations and reporting frequency. The qualified candidate will audit and ensure integrity of calculated results through accounting data comparisons and market reasonability checks; research and resolve data validation differences; elevate system issues; work with accounting counterparts and other support groups as appropriate; produce and ensure the integrity of standard performance reports. Also, will partner and maintain relationships with various stakeholders in order to meet agreed internal as well as external client targets and SLAs.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Research and analyze portfolios and composites investment performance results through a two-step audit: data reconciliation (accounting to performance data) and data validation (return reasonability review).
- Process translation adjustments, re-compute return results and finalize client data.
- Prepare standard and custom client reporting for performance measurement, attribution and appraisal services.
- Maintain Quality Control documentation and liaise with internal departments (Market Data; Accounting, IT etc.)
- Participate in new platform testing and automation initiatives.
- Participate in other assigned projects and duties.
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in an Investment Performance (preferred) and/or a related fields
- University degree (Finance/Accounting/Mathematics or other related field)
- Knowledge of financial services, securities industry and capital markets
- Attention to details, strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and against deadlines
- Continuous improvement and innovation positive attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (VBA an advantage)
- Smart interpersonal skills
- Communicative English
