About the Position
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Performance and Culture Business Partner based in London to join our Global Team. This pivotal role will actively contribute to planning and implementing people-related processes across EMEA. As a member of the EMEA Performance and Culture team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to align business objectives with our organizational culture and strategic direction.
This role will also participate in the day-to-day people operations alongside the rest of the EMEA Performance and Culture team including recruitment, employee onboarding, retention planning, people strategies and disciplinary / performance improvement processes. This role will work closely with the SVP EMEA, the EMEA Leadership Team, hiring managers, team members, and other key stakeholders to align business objectives with managers and employees.

  • Talent AcquisitionWith the EMEA Talent Acquisition Specialist and Senior Director, Global Talent Acquisition continue to support the growth and scale of the EMEA Team

    • Partner with EMEA leadership and the Global P&C Team to develop and implement effective people related policies and practices that will support the strategic growth of the EMEA Region .
  • Offer thought leadership regarding organizational and people-related strategy and execution.
  • Provide timely information and/or education for all levels of the EMEA regional team on people related issues.
  • Educate, coach, and partner with managers on performance management and employee development goals.
  • Provide people related expertise in the areas of feedback, employee relations, development and coaching, compensation, and organizational development.
  • Participate in the continual development of Global P&C programs, such as recruiting, retention, compensation, benefits, and employee engagement
  • Collaborate with the Global P&C Team team to champion and accelerate a culture of excellence in which people feel engaged and inspired to deliver top business results.
  • Develop people strategies and design approaches for diagnosing and enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
  • Educate team members on compensation practices, including compensation, performance feedback, performance calibration, and career transitions.
  • Maintain employee files including all onboarding paperwork, role change documentation, separation documentation and all other relevant documentation.
  • Proactively and thoroughly respond to employee inquiries across many people-related programs.
  • Collaborate with the P&C team to champion and accelerate a culture of excellence in which people feel engaged and inspired to deliver top business results
  • Provide timely feedback and information to managers and P&C Team inquiries across a variety of topics, including compensation, performance calibration and organizational development.
  • Collaborate with Regional P&C team and Legal team to maintain, develop and implement policies and procedures as needed.
  • Manage performance improvement planning and process with people leaders within assigned business unit.
  • Manage performance management processes, ensuring alignment with Energy Exemplar’s Values and Global P&C team approach.
  • Collect, analyze, and utilize quality data to inform decision making and make recommendations to drive continuous improvement within the region / assigned business unit.Conduct exit interviews with employees leaving the business to collect information and report on themes and any recommendations to the Global P&C team.

  • Partner with key stakeholders in assigned business unit to understand goals and develop / implement strategies that align and support their achievement.
  • Collaborate with people managers to design and implement retention and promotion strategies for assigned business unit.
  • Utilize available resources to drive engagement, employee satisfaction, and retention.
  • Work with assigned business unit to proactively identify issues and coach employees and people managers through them.Develop relationships with key stakeholders to help foster innovation, collaboration, and teamwork to achieve key business objectives.

Candidate Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or other closely related
  • 3+ years of experience of Human Resources in a fast-paced
  • 3+ years of experience specializing in Human Resources across EMEA
