Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
We have an exciting opportunity for a Performance and Delivery Manager to join our Digital and Technology team. Reporting to the GM Customer Integration & Data Analytics, you will support the delivery of outcomes and outputs through the domain, delivering optimised lifecycle management of scalable, fit-for-purpose platforms that reduce complexity, risk, and cost. Furthermore, you will support the GM to align on product roadmap, prioritisation and sequencing to ensure value outcomes, governance, performance management, cost management and stakeholder management, and help to coordinate cross platform/domain dependencies to ensure sustainable and continuous value flow.
The ideal location of this role is in Strathpine but we would also be open to candidates who are based in either Sydney or Melbourne.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Adaptive leadership experience, growing a safe and high-performance culture.
- Experience in applying modern delivery approaches in scaled delivery environment applying agility, design thinking, adaptive planning, work breakdown techniques to achieve incremental value drops.
- IT industry experience with a background in leading modern delivery practice, transparent governance and performance.
- Experience in planning, facilitating, visualising and reporting on scaled delivery across a domain portfolio of work.
- Leading and coaching experience in a cross-functional setting with a proven ability to influence key stakeholders and grow leaders and team members in modern ways of working.
- Ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders to elicit upcoming plans and priorities.
- Experience with change management, process methodology and framework development.
- Ability to support the effective use and control of financial resources.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-moving environment while anticipating and tackling roadblocks.
- Project, Adaptive Portfolio Management and Agile Certifications are highly desirable
