We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join the Learning & Development team in the role of Performance & Development Coach (PDC) .
The ideal candidate should have a passion for coaching & developing colleagues across all Distribution channels. As a PDC, you will work closely with our Distribution teams to enhance their skills, optimise their performance, and support their career growth.

In this role, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Help design and deliver coaching programs tailored to individual and team needs across our Distribution channels.
  • Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions to help build trust, provide targeted feedback, and promote continuous improvement.
  • Help support delivery of group coaching sessions to promote shared learning, diverse insights, and collective improvement.
  • Listen to calls or meetings with managers and individuals in order to identify development opportunities.
  • Support Managers in supporting team members to improve lead generation, client satisfaction, sales quality, deepening and building client relationships.
  • Effectively use performance MI, client feedback, and proven best practices to drive performance.
  • Deploy different coaching techniques to help personalise development, enhance engagement & boost performance.
  • Help build and facilitate workshop training sessions on topics such as leadership, effective communication, and client relationship management.

QUALIFICATIONS

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

  • Strong Communication skills: Ability to clearly convey information and feedback, both orally and in writing
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse performance metrics and identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Investment / wealth sales experience desirable but not essential
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple coaching and training sessions and track progress effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail in monitoring progress and measuring the effectiveness of coaching interventions.
  • Have motivational and Inspirational ability, to inspire and motivate employees to achieve their professional goals.
  • Empathy and listening skills: Ability to understand employee’s perspectives and provide support and guidance.

Coaching certification:

  • Coaching certification: An expectation to have or to work towards an industry recognised coaching qualification.
