Description:
Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and direction to your two reportees, the Quality and Business Support Manager and Data Analyst
- Lead and oversee the development, embedment and compliance of the Contract Quality Management System
- Work with the contract teams to lead and oversee the development and implementation of efficiencies and improvements on the contract
- Develop relationships with other Milestone contracts to establish cross contract performance improvement sharing
- Develop and manage the KPI reporting process, work with the team to achieve targets and work with the client to continually improve the KPIs
- Produce annual, monthly and project specific reports on contract performance internally and for the client
- Lead the collection of contract data, the development of effective data reports and the use of the data systems and tool
