We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Performance and Enablement Manager to join our retail customer organization. As the performance and enablement manager, you will be instrumental and driving organizational readiness for change, fostering skill development, and empowering our workforce to achieve peak performance. You will collaborate with cross functional teams to develop and execute strategies aimed at improving business outcomes through effective training, and enablement, and change management initiatives.

\What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Collaborate with the Director of Customer Engagement to create and execute comprehensive readiness plans for new initiatives and processes.
  • Tailor training programs to meet the needs of employees, utilizing various formats and delivery methods to support ongoing learning and development.
  • Ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and training materials across different teams.
  • Design and deliver training programs and workshops to help employees adapt to new systems, processes, or technologies, incorporating adult learning principles and best practices.
  • Work with change champions and subject matter experts to identify training needs and tailor readiness activities to meet specific user group requirements.
  • Offer support and coaching to employees to enhance their skills related to new tools or processes.
  • Gather feedback to assess the impact of training and readiness initiatives, making continuous improvements as needed.
  • Track key performance indicators to measure the success of readiness and training programs and monitor progress against goals.
  • Keep up with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to business readiness, training, and performance enhancement.
  • Evaluate the impact of changes on business functions and develop strategies to manage risks and ensure smooth transitions.

  • Proven experience in business readiness, training, and performance enhancement.
  • Ability to design and deliver impactful training programs and facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
  • Experience in managing change initiatives and providing coaching to employees.
  • Ability to gather and analyze feedback, monitor KPIs, and implement improvements.
  • Understanding of industry trends and emerging technologies related to training and performance enhancement.
