About the role
We are seeking a motivated Performance and Quality Administrator to join our Quality, Construction Assurance, and Handover (QCAH) team. You will be instrumental in maintaining and enhancing our Integrated Management System (IMS) and supporting the Handover & Quality Manager in administering and analyzing key data.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Proven experience in an administration or analyst role, ideally within construction or engineering environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable, with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- A willingness to learn and embrace new challenges.
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
- Experience in managing Business Management Systems (BMS) and/or Integrated Management Systems (IMS).
- Familiarity with Power BI or similar data visualization tools to enhance reporting capabilities
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS & CERTIFICATIONS:
- Certified CQI Practitioner (PCQI)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and data analysis.

Responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- IMS Development and Maintenance:
- Gain in-depth knowledge of BB BMS processes and assist in integrating relevant elements into the BBVS IMS.
- Support the creation, documentation, and continuous improvement of the BBVS IMS, ensuring it meets project requirements and industry standards.
- Regularly participate in formal reviews of the IMS to identify areas for improvement.
- User Support and Training:
- Manage the IMS User Interface in ALIM, ensuring usability and access for the project team.
- Conduct training sessions to familiarize team members with BB BMS and BBVS IMS, ensuring all staff are competent in using these systems effectively.
- Document Management:
- Monitor the status of IMS documents, alerting owners when reviews or revisions are due to maintain compliance and currency of information.
- Compile and review lessons learned and audit findings, advocating for proactive improvements to the IMS.
- Dashboard Reporting:
- Develop and maintain dashboards for tracking key metrics, including IMS document reviews, Handover progress, audit findings, and trends.
- Analyze data from these dashboards to identify trends and areas for continuous improvement, preparing reports for management review.
- Digital Tools and Knowledge Dissemination:
- Assist in the development and deployment of digital field tools to enhance efficiency in information management and data collection.
- Lead workshops and coaching sessions to disseminate essential knowledge and skills among team members.
- HSEQ Management Review:
- Lead the annual HSEQ management review for the project, ensuring compliance with ISO standards and facilitating discussions around performance improvement.
