Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
Join our dynamic HR team on a 12-month contract and take your career to the next level. As a Reward Manager reporting to the Head of Remuneration & Benefits, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our reward programs. Here are your key responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the execution of the annual remuneration review process and short-term incentive programs, collaborating with HR Business Partners and other internal stakeholders
- Align our Remuneration Framework with our overall EVP
- Lead the effective Reward procedures and processes which include providing guidance and support to HR Business Partners for remuneration-related matters including salary benchmarking and remuneration proposals
- Contributing to the development of job frameworks
- Managing survey submissions and analysing reports to ensure competitive remuneration packages.
- Prepare various reports for data analysis including gender pay analysis
- Support business projects and transformational change by providing SME advice
- Assist in Executive Remuneration and Employee Share Plans
- Gain exposure to the payroll process and act as a backup for the Payroll Manager
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in remuneration and benefits
- Solid understanding of reward principles and market best practices
- Strong project management skills
- Highly developed data analysis and reporting abilities
- Advanced excel skills
- Preferred experience with Oracle HCM
- Preferred payroll experienc
