They achieve this by gathering essential evidence that informs the current and future capabilities of CFA. By utilising performance and continuous improvement strategies, the team ensures that the organisation remains well-equipped to support the communities it serves.As the Performance & Systems Improvement Analyst, your role is pivotal in identifying and troubleshooting any system-related issues managed by the Service Delivery and Reporting team. You will serve as the subject matter expert on existing applications developed by the team and provide guidance and oversight to the Performance & Systems Improvement Coordinators. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving improvements and ensuring the smooth functioning of CFA’s systems and processes.Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate and provide guidance on data entry of incident reporting, data requests, FOI requests and the performance of routine data maintenance.
- Coordinate program activity to ensure compliance to project guidelines and monitor and provide regular reports on project progress. Utilising appropriate project management control tools and mechanisms to ensure outcomes are achieved.
- Provide authoritative advice, problem-solve, troubleshoot, and coordinate improvements for any system-related issues on applications managed by the team.
- Provide support and guidance to the Performance and Systems Improvement Coordinators as required.
- Actively identify emerging pressures and possible issues and identify continuous improvement solutions.
- Develop and maintain document control and reporting procedures including providing guidance on reporting information to all users.
- Liaise with senior management and other key stakeholders as appropriate (both internal and external) on policy and program development and implementation issues associated with Performance Improvement programs and initiatives.ABOUT YOUOur ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
- Tertiary qualifications in data analytics, business and/or equivalent experience in data analytics or project management in a complex environment.
- Demonstrated experience in, coordinating and delivering innovative projects and initiatives
