Description:
THE SKILLS YOU BRING
- Completed (commercial or technical) university degree, e.g. in mechanical engineering alternatively apprenticeship with further training as a technician
- Strong experience in process management or change management
- Solid understanding of SAP & Process management
- Strong method competence
- Structured and results-oriented way of working
- High social competence and ability to work in a team
- Excellent written and spoken English
Responsibilities:
- Control of demands (project-related KPIs), time schedules & information flows
- Definition, maintenance and monitoring of KPIs relevant to Industrialization
- Definition, maintenance and monitoring of KPIs relevant to Verification
- Responsible for data analysis
- Support the creation of a TI strategy presentation
- Support of special projects (e.g. general data analysis)
- Contributing to problem-solving initiatives & root cause analysis on process or product
- Contributing to interdisciplinary optimization projects in the area of R&D
- Management of small projects in your area of responsibility
- Support for process definitions and process management in TI
