We’re seeking an experienced Performance & Improvement Manager with expertise in change management and communication strategies. In this high-visibility leadership role, you will implement key simplification initiatives and cultural transformations across the Group Function, aiming to position Ericsson as a modern workplace that employees take pride in. Your primary responsibilities will include driving change through an end-to-end approach and developing effective communication strategies to promote awareness and support adoption of these changes.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement communication strategies that convey the value of change initiatives to all stakeholders, including C-suite executives, while addressing their specific concerns.
  • Identify company-wide challenges and uncover opportunities for improvement, focusing on resolving the top 3-5 recurring issues.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to translate needs into solutions that minimize waste and reduce lead times.
  • Create tailored communication plans and engaging materials (presentations, newsletters, videos) to support change management and facilitate adoption.
  • Evaluate change initiative effectiveness using metrics and tools, informing future strategies and enhancing perceptions.
  • Mentor teams in change management and communication best practices to strengthen organizational resilience.
