This role focuses on supporting the performance of our work for clients through detailed analysis and optimization, reporting to the Performance Intelligence Lead. You will be responsible for identifying what influences the performance of our daily tasks for clients to drive optimization and deliver actionable insights and learnings. With a foundational understanding of user experience and a strong grasp of data and analytical approaches, you will work closely with client and agency stakeholders to develop and share actionable insights that lead to more effective work.
What will your day look like?
As Performance Intelligence Analyst, you will play a vital role in understanding client priorities and objectives. Your daily activities will include conducting detailed data analysis to identify performance trends, preparing and presenting performance reports, and collaborating with various teams to ensure data-driven decision-making and strategies. You will design and execute A/B tests, analyze the results to provide optimization recommendations, and support the development of learning agendas to drive best practices. Additionally, you will deliver actionable insights focused on content, audience, and channels in an easily understood format, providing clear direction for teams.

More specifically, your tasks include:

  • Conduct detailed data analysis to identify performance trends and insights.
  • Prepare and present performance reports and translate the insights to client service and other internal teams.
  • Assist in the creation and execution of performance experiments.
  • Maintain and update performance dashboards and analytics tools.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure data-driven decision-making.
  • Design and execute A/B tests to identify the most effective strategies and tactics.
  • Analyze the results of A/B tests and other experiments to provide optimization recommendations.

You will work closely with the Data and Analytics manager and be a bridge between the client and the technical team.

In this role, you bring a unique blend of analytical acumen and strategic insight, essential for supporting the performance of our client work. Your expertise in detailed analysis and optimization will be instrumental in driving improvements and delivering actionable insights that enhance our daily tasks for clients.

We are looking for talented individuals who have experience in:

  • Basic understanding of user experience principles.
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with data analysis tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data manipulation.
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools and SQL (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively share insights with various teams.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and strategical thinking.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with open mind.
  • Understanding of A/B testing methodologies and tools.
  • Experience in setting up and analyzing A/B tests and other optimization experiments.
  • Previous experience in performance analysis or a similar role.
  • Experience in managing and analyzing large datasets and translating data into actionable insights
