QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Degree level or equivalent.
  • Experience in a similar role within the Energy Market.

Responsibilities:

Are you an experienced performance manager with a proven track record of developing high-performing sales Teams?
We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team and drive the performance of our sales force. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with the Direct Sales Channel Manager to enhance our direct sales channel, identify underperformance, and develop our internal telesales team. You will also work with external partners to meet our sales targets.
This role will be assigned to our Leeds office, where the successful candidate will be based two days per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package and the chance to make a difference in the energy transition.
