We are a smart, fun, and high-energy team of 25 people building a pioneering new business in the Philippines. We are looking for a Legal Officer to ensure that our operations and business dealings align with all pertinent legal and internal guidelines. While years of experience would be ideal, we’re equally excited about finding someone eager to dive into a more entrepreneurial environment, as opposed to a strictly corporate setting.
We are looking for a skilled Performance Marketing Analyst who will provide advanced performance marketing strategies and execution to support the growth of many of the leading amusement parks, entertainment venues, and event organizers in the Philippines.
HelixPay is launching top-tier marketing solutions aimed at boosting ticket sales & revenues to premier events and venues nationwide. In line with this initiative, we are assembling a strong event marketing team at HelixPay, and you have the opportunity to be one of its pioneers. We seek a detail-oriented and analytical individual eager to apply their skills to business and growth marketing initiatives. As a Performance Marketing Analyst, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our online marketing efforts to drive business growth and achieve measurable results.
Responsibilities
Create digital marketing initiatives to drive traffic, engagement, and sales;
Develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels such display advertising, and social media;
Analyze campaign performance data and metrics to identify trends and insights to achieve maximum ROI;
Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to improve campaign performance and conversion rates;
Collaborate with the design team to develop compelling promotional creatives and landing pages.
Monitor and report on the performance of campaigns, providing regular insights and recommendations for optimization;
Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track and measure campaign effectiveness;
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in performance marketing to implement innovative strategies;
Plan, develop, implement, and optimize paid media campaign ads to achieve the sales target of our clients;
Perform daily optimization of campaigns, budget allocation, bid management, ad creative, and landing page testing.
Seeking a quantitative individual proficient in math, data, and analytics, ideally from a quantitative major (engineering, physics, economics, etc.).
Enthusiastic about applying their quantitative skills to impactful performance marketing.
Will gain expertise in advanced marketing strategies for Instagram, Facebook, Google, and TikTok.
Open to recent graduates with no prior experience
