How do we work?
As our Performance Marketing Data Expert you will be playing an important role in making sure that our marketing data flows smoothly and is ready to be used to make decisions, you will create a strategy roadmap for future development, work closely with our internal marketing, data engineering and data analytics teams as well as performance agencies and mar-tech providers. We work in a fully global environment so join us to get a broad perspective on marketing and data.
We work in a hybrid model so we’d love to meet you in the office (Warsaw UNIT) twice a week.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage marketing data strategy and execution with help of internal teams, external agencies and mar-tech providers,
  • Plan, analyse and drive forward marketing data work to continue to evaluate our efforts in multi channel, multi device yet heavily privacy concerned world,
  • Perform analysis and prepare the data based on business and marketing team requirements, push the efficiency forward with insightful results from the analysis, come up with meaningful “so what’s” and “what if’s” for continued development of our marketing efforts,
  • Support the teams to build and develop our dashboards (Tableau, Looker) and grow them further with top marketing stakeholders requirements in mind,
  • Help us to ensure we maintain tracking the results in consistent, unified way across multiple vendors, channels, providers and regions to be able to make data driven decision on daily level as well as strategic level,
  • Continue our efforts on multi marketing mix models (MMM models) to ensure we spend wisely both digital and offline,
  • Transition with us to the 1st party data only world,

What skillset you need, to be successful in this role?

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing (Finance, FinTech, e-commerce fields)
  • Experience with major mar-tech tools, technologies and frameworks: we work on Google environment with Google Ads, Google Marketing Platform, GA360, GTM360, BigQuery, Google Cloud and so on as a base, but we also work with any vendor provider to get the competitive edge: Tableau, CDPs, CDRs, 3rd party ad networks,
  • Understand multichannel, mobile measurement with MMPs like Adjust, Firebase and similar,
  • Have great analytical skills to understand the problems and use marketing data to answer meaningful questions,
  • Will to understand the impact of non-digital activities on overall performance and cross relation between digital and offline.
