THE GIG

Dr. Martens is looking for a passionate, talented individual to join our Performance Marketing team. We are looking for someone with a strong digital background, looking to take the next step and conduct activations across multiple channels. You will play an essential role in the execution of our Performance Marketing campaigns. With your finger on the pulse, you will ensure we stay on top of the latest digital trends and plan relevant campaigns. You will be working closely with our wider Digital & Marketing teams, in order to drive demand, brand/ product heat, traffic and key metrics for the DM websites within the EMEA region. 12 month FTC

  • Support our Senior Performance Marketing Manager in managing our Paid Search agency to ensure that we are hitting the channel KPIs and growth targets.
  • Work closely with our Paid Social Manager to execute ad builds across our channels, including but not limited to: Meta, TikTok, Pinterest.
  • Regularly analyse and review the performance of our Search & Social campaigns in the moment, so we can optimise accordingly to hit agreed KPIs.
  • Monitor campaigns through an analytical lense, to create actionable insights that drive site performance.
  • Collaborate with our Digital Content & Trade teams to seasonal digital marketing campaigns to deliver trading messages across the different marketing channels. You will own the briefing of our creative assets & copy.
  • Be curious – you will be responsible for conducting agile testing for our Paid Search channel. Be it audience, creative, feed testing – we want to constantly learn and improve our campaigns.
