JOB DESCRIPTION:

They are now looking for a full-time remote Performance Marketing Executive to join their team, working alongside their founder to manage an entire media buying division of their company.
The ideal candidate must be prepared to get their hands dirty, adopting a proactive, hands-on approach in executing their marketing strategies alongside their existing team. This role will be crucial in supporting their Founder in building a new marketing department, creating an internal powerhouse that will drive them forward.

IDEAL CANDIDATE MUST HAVE STRONG KNOWLEDGE OF:

  • Lead Gen Marketing
  • Persuasive copywriting
  • Landing pages & funnels
  • Paid ad strategy (Google & Meta)
  • Email marketing
  • Conversion Rate Optimization
  • Maximizing KPI’s
  • A/B Testing
  • Building SOP’s

MUST-HAVE INDUSTRY KNOWLEDGE OF:

  • Automation Tools (Zapier / Make)
  • Website Design
  • SEO, SEM & CTA’s

Responsibilities:

  • Making DATA-DRIVEN Decisions
  • Fill the gap between client expectations and delivery
  • Assist in the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies across various channels
  • Create compelling ad copy, landing pages, and funnels to drive conversions
  • Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns on Google and Meta platforms
  • Develop and implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive customer engagement
  • Analyze and report on marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in performance marketing
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with marketing analytics tools and platforms (e.g., HotJar, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.)
  • Work closely with the Founder and other team members to ensure alignment with overall marketing objectives
