PERFORMANCE MARKETING INTERN

Position Overview: We’re seeking a data-driven and analytical Performance Marketing Intern to join our growing digital marketing team. You’ll get hands-on experience managing and optimizing paid media campaigns while working with the latest advertising platforms and technologies.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business, Analytics, or related field
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with data analysis
  • Demonstrated passion for paid media and digital advertising
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, or Meta Ads Manager
  • Active interest in paid media trends and emerging ad platforms
  • Programming skills (Python, SQL, or R) for data analysis
  • Knowledge of SEO principles
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools
  • Basic HTML/CSS understanding
  • Experience with data visualization tools

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn)
  • Monitor campaign performance and compile regular performance reports
  • Help optimize landing pages and conversion funnels
  • Analyze customer acquisition costs and conversion rates
  • Support A/B testing initiatives and document results
  • Track competitor advertising strategies and market trends
  • Assist in budget allocation and ROI analysis
  • Help implement tracking pixels and conversion events
  • Contribute to automated reporting systems
