WHAT YOUR DAYS MIGHT LOOK LIKE

We are actively seeking a highly motivated and experienced Performance Marketing Lead for an AU or SG-based role. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will be responsible for leading a cross-functional team of marketing professionals, developing and executing strategies that deliver on the objectives set out for each of our flywheel OKRS.
You will help us transform our business from SaaS to Employment As A Service (Empass) and increase our velocity towards our Big Hairy Audacious Goal (BHAG).

Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies that align with the company’s goals and marketing objectives.
  • Team Leadership: Our cross-functional OKR squads will iterate daily, so we need an agile leader that can remove roadblocks whilst ensuring the team is always focussed on the areas that will drive the most velocity.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyse, and report on the performance of the squad, identify areas for improvement and share our progress with the business.
  • Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our strategies are innovative and effective.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the wider marketing team and other stakeholders to ensure alignment across the business, including with the Executive Leadership Team
  • Execution: Own the plan, ensuring the entire squad executes effectively and efficiently across all streams, including paid media, SEO, CRM, content and other channels.
  • Customer Insights: Connect with our customers (B2B and B2C) to gather customer insights and feedback to inform product development and other improvements.
